Rupert's Coaching Principles
Confidence
Confidence is a precious commodity and comes in many forms. Inner confidence is the critical one. It allows us to speak with conviction and more importantly it allows us to hear other people too. Confidence is not innate and can be developed in ourselves and we can all develop it in others.
Social Skills
The world is full of knowledgeable and technically gifted people. Ultimately they are not the ones who thrive. To succeed it is essential to also have well-honed interpersonal skills because with these it is possible to build trust and a foundation for long term business relationships.
Communication
We persuade people with the words we use. To be truly persuasive we must simplify our messages and use the language of conviction.

"This has been a revelation. I had always dreaded board meetings and never really managed to persuade them to do the right thing. This has all changed, they are not only listening but they are acting on my advice."
